You wouldn't know you were pregnant 'overnight'. you said the next day, so that kinda confuses me. but yes you can get pregnant even while using a condomn that's why they say the safest thing to do is to use 2 different methods of protection.. So yes you can get pregnant if you use a condom but the chances are variable depending on how you use it. if it does fail for any reason, then the morning after pill is probably a sensible option if you dont want a baby right now.. I know you can get pregnant on bc, but i know the condoms are only like 99% too. i had sex and used a condom only about 18 days after my last period and i started feeling pregnant within 2-3 days after..
