Most moms do not get pregnant until after their first period (often referred to as the “warning period”). even after that, while some can become pregnant the first cycle, others will require months of cycles before pregnancy can occur.. My husband and i had sex last night and this morning my right ovary was tinging and my discharge was way more then usual, and i was so horny last night.. The news came as such a surprise, kate says, because she "had no idea" it was even possible to get pregnant before your period returned. kate was already 10 weeks along by the time she found out.
My son is now 5 months old, breastfed exclusively, and still no return of the period: so i haven't had a period since december 2009! it's kind of nice, actually... helpful (27). I've heard conflicting stories on this. i just had a baby boy 7weeks ago, and some people have said it is easier to get pregnant right after having a baby, even before your period returns.. Your period will likely return within six weeks; however, it's possible to become pregnant if you have sex before your period returns. once you feel ready for pregnancy after miscarriage, ask your health care provider for guidance..
